I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, really stood out. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering great value at just $18 a night. The location couldn't be better, right in the center, accessible to everything. There were a few minor downsides, like one of our rooms not having a window, which we got used to, and the dining options could be a bit more varied. Overall, an excellent experience.
